Interviewer for training program applicants

Ryerson's CyberSecure Catalyst is seeking to hire two interviewers. Hours are flexible but approximately 30 hours of work over 4 -6 week windows. There will be 2-3 interview windows over the year - eg., February, June, December.

Interviewers will conduct in-person and Skype interviews following a templated interview questionnaire and will write notes and report on the interview with the training team. Training will be provided and required knowledge of cybersecurity is limited and will be taught. In-person interviews will take place in Brampton ON (close to GO train station). Skype interviews can be done from home.
We require outgoing individuals with strong communication skills - written and verbal.
Your own computer, internet access and email is required.

Ryerson's CyberSecure Catalyst offers a 20 week training program for women, new Canadians and those affected by job loss to gain the skills needed to enter the Cybersecurity workforce. This program is supported by the Federal Government and private corporations to help address the lack of skilled workers in the field of cybersecurity. Applicants are invited to an in-person interview after successful completion of several preliminary evaluations.
