RTO/ERO appreciates the work of local recruitment volunteers, as it realizes that the most significant gains in recruitment are made at the District level, where word of mouth, and face-to-face contact are easily attainable and crucial to our success as an organization in terms of recruitment.

To assist in this process, RTO/ERO provincially organizes the Retirement Planning Workshops (RPWs) program, offered through local Districts. The RPW Organizer's Handbook is an excellent guide for Districts organizing these workshops.

The District Recruitment Toolkit is intended for membership and recruitment chairs and provides a wealth of provincial and District resources to assist in local recruitment.
